It is effortless to talk about Gladstone and his family. I came to know them through an internship opportunity when he accepted me to work as an intern at his dental lab. I was awed by the state- of-art equipment and the very organized workflow. At that time, Gladstone had recently travelled to Germany, where he had a training course and bought the most up-to-date porcelain furnace. After a couple of years working together, I had applied to the dental school and was admitted. Gladstone and his wife, Dr. Cristhiane, the most incredible role model, helped me as my financial guarantors. I am very grateful for the learning opportunities, beyond technical knowledge, but values such as integrity, respect and dedication. I started working with Gladstone in 2005/2006 when I moved to Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro. I was referred by a friend of mine who was already practicing in the city. At the first meeting, I noticed a technician with advanced knowledge and a well-equipped laboratory, very competent and always updated. Annually he was in Cologne (Germany) bringing news, and very open to exchanging experiences, which is essential for our profession.
